Can I make an exchange if I made a wrong order?Yes, we allow exchanges at Block 325 Woodlands Street 32, S(730325). Kindly make an appointment with us within 7 working days after receiving the item. You can make appointment with us by sending us a email at sgparcel@outlook.com, with the item you want to exchange/ date and time. Example: Polymailer S1 17x30cm exchange S2 20x30cm Date: 01/01/2020 Time: 6pm We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours.

How long does it takes to delivered?Estimate shipping is within 2-4 working days after payment. Longer shipping durations are expected during festive periods. (New Year, 11.11, 12.12, etc.) We seek your understanding for this.
